non asbestos jointing sheet sealing gasket
Non-asbestos Jointing Sheet Compressed Non asbestos Gasket
Description:
The products made of asbestos are rejected step-by-step when demanding more and more on the health and environment-protection. Expandable Teflon and flexible graphite are used much more widely than ever in modern industry.althrough they are gradually replace the asbestos gasket, they cann’t do it completely because they have some defect. So the non-asbestos joint sheet becomes the best replacement of asbestos planking.
Compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket is a general purpose sheet material reinforced with high-grade asbestos-free fibers and bound with heat-resistant nitrile rubber. It is a good alternative to compressed asbestos gasket and suitable for sealing off water, seawater, alkaline, hot oil organic solvent, and all applications where higher demands on temperature and pressure resistance have to be met and where non-critical gaseours and liquid media have to be sealed off.
SL-3312 A general service sheet gasket material with a width range of application potential. Manufactured with a formulation of high quality fillers, premium aramid fibers and nitrile binder, 3312 is the workhorse of the Sealand gasket line.
Applications:
Used for the equipment in water, steam, oil, solvents ,etc.and used as sealing material in the joints of pipeline
